Backing Tracks

DIGITAL DELIVERY (Downloading):

4th Beat Music supply tracks for downloading in mp3 format.
Passwords to access the download area will be valid for 3 days from the time of purchase and 3 downloads per item.
Passwords cannot be re-activated after this period has expired. Customers who fail to downloaded purchases within this period will be required to re-order again at the prices set out in our price list.

TERMS OF SALE:

4th Beat Music cannot be responsible for malfunction of your equipment due to the use of any of our MP3’s or CD’s.
Due to the nature of Digital downloads and the Licence, once purchased, the license cannot be cancelled by licensee.
You do not have a right to withdraw from a purchase on the 4thbeat Store once delivery of the Products has started.

The 4thbeat Store service commences immediately when you begin to download Products from the 4thbeat Store and you will not have a right to cancel your contract once the service commences.
We are unable to accept any backing tracks returned
for credit or exchange unless supplied in error by 4th Beat Music.
All songs come with demos, therefore you are encouraged to listen to them before you buy. Under these terms of sale we cannot issue refunds.
All Cd’s are dispatches within 24hrs of purchase.
All goods are checked before leaving our premises, if however goods arrive damaged in any way, we will provide full replacements if proved to be our negligence. We are unable to rectify any discrepancies to orders unless reported to us within 7 working days of receipt.
Damaged goods will only be exchanged with identical items.
COPYRIGHTS, TRADEMARKS and Other Proprietary Rights:
All written content on this site is the property of 4th Beat Music.
All MP3 content is subject to the appropriate copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.
You may use the MP3 content only for your personal use.
You must keep intact all copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices or marks.
You may not copy or reproduce any content obtained from this site or copy or reproduce any backing tracks purchased from 4th Beat Music.
You agree not to alter, modify, publish, distribute, sell, broadcast,transmit, create derivative works from, or edit any content of this site or backing tracks purchased from 4th Beat Music without the expressed written permission of 4th Beat Music and/or any appropriate third parties.
Any copyright infringement will result in termination of service and possible legal action.
Privacy Policy
4th Beat Music may from time to time send relevant information through e-mail. We do not share e-mail addresses with any third party. You may request removal at any time. This complies with the Data Protection Act.
We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions at any time, and will post all modifications on our terms and conditions section of the site.

What is a Copyright?

Buy using these sites you agree to hold harmless 4th Beat Music from anything that may arise from its use.

ARTISTES:

The artistes are in no way associated with 4th Beat Music.
All artiste’s names are used solely for identification there songs.
SONG REMOVAL:
On occasion, we may have to remove certain songs from our catalogue.
This is done at our discretion.

MP3s:

We pay MCPS/PRS(JOL) fees on all tracks that are sold. As a result all recorded works by 4thBeat Studios & third parties are subject to MCPS/PRS(JOL) fees.
Special Licenses can be issued to anyone wishing to record MP3’s for demos or any other application.
